We are the big, turquouise building on the North-East corner.

Parking is available on the street or in the paved lot on the South side of the building. Spill-over parking is available in the gravel lot on the North side of the building.

Inner Space is a container for classes, community events, artists, practitioners and businesses. Here are some expectations to hold while practicing with us. We deeply appreciate your coordination in helping us keep our shared space a peaceful, heart-centered environment for healing, learning and community.

Thank you for moving with us!

Expectations:

  • please do your best to register prior to attending class — via the website, Wellness Living web portal or Wellness Living mobile app. having trouble signing in or paying for class? no sweat! please show up anyway and the teacher can help you register and complete payment.

  • please arrive early — the studio opens 15 minutes before class. classes begin promptly at their scheduled time and the front door is locked during class. if you’re new to the studio, you may want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to chat with your instructor, let them know if there’s anything going on with your body that may affect your experience and get settled in. we know life happens! all we ask is that you do your best. please also note the studio closes 15 minutes after each class.

  • please be mindful when you enter the building — so as not to disturb any classes or treatments in session.

  • please help us keep our shared environment clean by tidying up after yourself — if you bring something in, please do your best to carry it out. please inform the instructor of any facilities issues you may encounter.

  • please leave these things in the cubby room — shoes, purses, coats, phones, anything you don’t need for practice. we will lock the front door during class so that your belongings are secure. if it’s something you’re concerned about, you may leave with the teacher or bring to your mat.

  • please silence your phone — if for some reason you may need to expect a call, please let your instructor know before class.

  • please help us to keep Inner Space free of recreational substance use, including alcohol and cannabis. we understand that sobriety, recovery and the use of substances medicinally are all relative. we support harm-reduction and are not here to police your behavior. if there’s a question or issue around this, please reach out.

  • please refrain from wearing strong artificial fragrances — including perfume, lotions, body sprays, etc. even essential oils and natural products can be over-powering to sensitive folks. we do occasionally burn natural incense, plants and resins as part of our caretaking of the space, so it’s best to have as little outside fragrance as possible.

  • please care for your personal hygiene as a courtesy to others practicing around you and the health of our shared space.

  • please keep the studio sacred for practice — we love to connect with our community! please keep chats in the foyer and enter the room consciously. many students enjoy the quiet before and after class.

  • please respect your fellow students — don’t talk during class, chat with your neighbor, interrupt instruction unnecessarily, etc. some teachers may invite questions or shares at their discretion — please speak mindfully when it is invited and appropriate.

  • please be kind to yourself we are here to practice, grow and heal together. please avoid harsh words towards yourself or others during practice. emotional releases are normal and welcome, but if a movement or posture is prompting you to curse, groan, feel pain, etc, please back away or ask for support in finding a modification.

We have every intention that no one be turned away from practicing with us for lack of funds. Scholarships and work-trade options are available - please reach out for more info.
